DEPOSIT REQUIRED- APPOINTMENT IS HELD FOR 24HRS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT, AFTER THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED.

Please read this as it allows you to secure your appointment time. Once confirming the time desired, a deposit amount is due. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be deducted from your total service charge.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup appointment upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.
Liability: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary as they are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test for allergic reaction. It is the responsibility of each client to alert the makeup artist to any product(s) that may cause the client to have an allergic reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Karen Jean-Raymond) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reaction. The client must provide his/her own makeup for application by the makeup artist. Fees will be discounted.
Cancellations: If for any reason you may need to cancel your appointment AT LEAST A 48 HOURS Notice is required. Please be advised, if you are a No Call, No Show, no future appointments will be booked. Once your appointment is cancelled, you have 30 days to reschedule with the previously secured deposit.
Please note that this deposit is due within 24 hours. If appointment deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment time will be opened to the next client.
